A truly life-changing program for me. I went from 40% to 80% recovery from my 12-year-long chronic illness - within a span of six weeks - as a result of this workshop and Cathleen's work. I'm happier than I've felt since childhood. I feel like someone has taken a firehouse and power washed my body - so much trauma has permanently melted away. Cathleen brings so much talent, tact, and a heart of gold to this work, and I struggle to imagine a more powerful and rapid way to move through energetic blocks in the body, than to work with her in Embody, or any other program.

To have an example such as Cathleen showing up in how she leads her programs and cares for the people in her group containers has been a treat. Cathleen has a way of delivering info in an honest, grounding, and compassionate manner while holding space for all levels and kinds of people, whether you're starting out or further along, in the same group container. It's quite commendable how she holds the space so tenderly for all of us. I've been able to witness the magic that happens when the space is held for everyone to show up as they are, in the capacities that they have. I've been able to learn so much from not just the materials presented by Cathleen, but also through observing + witnessing others who feel vulnerable enough to share their experiences and questions as we go through the program.

It's really been an honor to be in these spaces with Cathleen to learn from her, and from those who signed up for the same programs as myself. If they feel called, I hope more people are able to witness the magic that happens in her communities, and to let these experiences be one of many examples of what heart centered businesses and leaders are like.

Before joining Cathleen Allen’s programs Intuit and Embody, I had reached some sort of plateau. I knew I had healing work to do after severely difficult times, but it seemed like there was no book, podcast, exercise, or meditation which wasn’t already something I knew or had done - so it felt like nothing could help. Manifestation techniques, law of assumption, ACIM, therapy, guided breathwork, silent meditation, divine energy work, other healing modalities… I’ve followed the resonance of my spirit over the years but knew there was something missing. I felt like none of those prior resources could truly get to the root of my specific problem/desire. I needed a new expansion into the unknown. I came across Cathleen first on Instagram and I started to remember my own spiritual experiences that had been blocked from my memory. When she announced her program Intuit, it was game on. Within the first week of lecture and doing the guided meditations/resources, I knew this was starting to hit on the root of my issues in a way nothing else had before. Not only that, but I was also finally learning something new. Something truthful. Something deeply resonant. Something not a lot of people touch, much less dare to dive into. Shadow work to heal an inner child wound is one thing (and it’s important), but shadow work with your guides to directly clear misaligned soul contracts and pull malevolent attachments off of you is something else entirely. And it’s so relieving and uplifting after you clear something. Once you start, I wouldn’t recommend turning back. I continued with Embody knowing that I wanted the full set of body-chakra learnings and clearings, and both programs were expertly delivered. Cathleen has advanced knowledge of the way malevolence twists our world into chaos, she teaches clearly, and can help you start to untangle the ropes that have you tied into a life you may desperately want to break free from.

It’s difficult to find the words to convey my gratitude for someone who’s helped trigger so many initiations for deep soul liberation! This work is no joke but Cathleen has helped me more than any other modality or healer. She helped me combat extreme psychic attack which has led to levels of mastery of my own energy. I have taken her Empath to Oracle, Intuit and Embody courses which were life changing. Her 1:1s are so enlightening and impactful as well as her masterclasses. The deep clearings she and the guides facilitate are like no other. She’s like a lawyer for energy work! Before this, I was deep in false light communities with so much distortion which resulted in my aura being wide open for anything. She’s helped deep clean my aura and understand where I was leaking energy which has made me into a stronger, clearer channel than ever before.  I couldn’t recommend her programs, masterclasses and 1:1s more.

Intuit Program: Thank you Cathleen for this amazing program. Like all your offerings it was very well led and held. The container felt very safe, the teachings were clear and the support group was great. I love it that the meditations are powerful and feel safe and that I can use them multiple times as there is always another layer. Every time I do them they feel different. I was very much on the fence about partnering up but this really gave me a boost of confidence, seeing what comes naturally to me, that I didn't even consider as a gift. I left it for Cathleen and the guides to decide and it was very well paired. And also I love it that there is no time wasting. As soon as the session starts it starts without any bs. Thank you for this, and I'm excited for the next one.

My entity clearing and auric field repair session with Cathleen was an incredibly positive experience! The session exceeded my expectations and was extremely helpful. I felt there were things in my field affecting me, and Cathleen was able to see and clear them. I was particularly concerned with my throat chakra, and since the clearing, I feel a noticeable difference. Cathleen is a very gifted healer! Each time Cathleen channels for me is more magical than the last.She is incredibly grounded and clear with her words. Every insight I've gotten from her has aligned with a piece of my own intuition and really clarified the path that I am on. My session with Cathleen was amazing! Right off the bat, I could feel the warmth of her energy and felt very comfortable. How my life has changed since my first session with Cathleen! She has made such an immense impact on my life. It has been many years since I began my spiritual journey.
